Check in/out hours

Guests are invited to check in at between 3-6pm, if you arrive after 6pm we will leave you a note for quick and easy self check in. Check out is at 11am. Early check in or late check out can be accommodated on a schedule dependent basis – please inquire in advance. Late checkout without advance notice is subject to an automatic fee of $100. 


PETS

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping is not allowed on the property.

Minimum stay

We have no minimum stay requirement at this time. 

Children

Children are welcome with parental supervision. We ask all guests to be respectful of the space as a place of peaceful relaxation and rejuvenation. 

Cancellations, alterations

Cancellations are accepted two weeks prior to the reservation start date for a 75% refund, cancellations made 13-7 days prior to the reservation will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made within 6 days of the reservation are non-refundable. Reservation alterations can be accommodated depending on season and schedule and are subject to an automatic alterations fee of $50. Please contact us directly. 

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate and provided on a daily basis. Breakfast includes a variety of house made goods; sometimes its pastry, yogurt, fresh fruit, or charcuterie and cheese, all offerings that change seasonally to reflect the best of the Willamette Valley. Breakfast is served in the Great Room or back deck (weather permitting) at 9am, unless otherwise requested.

When booking your room please advise any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can tailor breakfast to fit your needs.

dinner

Wine dinners are served on Sunday and Thursday as a pre-fixe menu with wine pairings, included in the price of your stay.

In addition to wine available for purchase, guests are invited to stop by our sister business, Winery Lane Collective, or bring beverages purchased at other locations in the Willamette Valley to enjoy on premise. The winery is open for tastings and purchases from 12-6pm Thursday-Monday. No reservation is needed.

parking

One assigned parking spot is included with each room. Additional parking can be arranged with advance notice.

quiet hours

To allow guests and neighbors to rest peacefully we practice quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor spaces from 8am- 11pm, we just ask that noise is kept to a minimum after dark.

Daily Housekeeping

Linens and towels are provided with your room and are for the duration of your stay unless otherwise requested. We do not provide daily housekeeping.

Events

To maintain our focus on daily B&B operations, we are selective about the events that best align with our space and small team of five’s capacity. Reach out to info@sostahouse.com for private event inquiries.

At this time all weddings onsite are hosted by Winery Lane Collective, inclusive of catering by our Sosta House culinary team and guest rooms.

Rates

Rates are adjusted based on season and availability and are subject to change without notice.

wine storage

Wine storage is available for guests in our cellar free of charge, up to 6 cases.

Sauna

You do not need to reserve the sauna and plunge pool, we follow a first come first serve policy.

visitors

Overnight guests are allowed up to 2 visitors on the property during daytime hours (10am-8pm) subject to management approval, please inquire in advance. Visitor policy is subject to change and restriction.

Getting here
